David Anthony “Acerthorn” Stebbins is a loser. It is unkind to mock people just for being losers, but in Stebbins’ case there is ample justification in the form of the vastly inflated sums he has demanded in damages each time he is fired from a McJob.
In his most recent motion to appear by telephone in Stebbins v. Redfield (N.D. Cal. 2023), he includes a statement of his current financial position. There are a couple of interesting things here.
Employment history
Stebbins has a history of getting, and losing, entry level jobs. The job losses are, if we go by his court filings, almost always due to failing to make reasonable accommodations for his disability, in the form of ignoring his vile temper and spectacular rudeness.
Stebbins lists two employers int he last two years. But this is Stebbins! There’s a record showing him to have lied there. Stebbins v. Walmart Inc. Et. Al: 04CV-26-489 • Arkansas Judiciary, where he claims to have been employed from November 24, 2024, to May 14, 2025. Not that it changes the fact that he is, quite clearly, indigent. But it’s still perjury.

Note that he does not list a computer as an asset. He definitely has one! But wait, I hear you say – a PT Cruiser? Hasn’t he suffered enough? Which, fair.
Insolvent
The financial disclosure shows income of $1,077.16 per month and outgoings of $1,315.08, including credit card debt.
